NCR Announces Subedarganj-Yesvantpur Special Trains for Festive Rush

To facilitate smooth travel and clear passenger rush during the upcoming festive season, the North Central Railway has announced the operation of weekly special trains. The Subedarganj - Yesvantpur Special Express (04135/04136) will run for multiple weekly trips starting from October 2024, connecting Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka directly.

  • Train 04135 will depart from Subedarganj (SFG) at 16: 10 hrs on Thursdays, reaching Yesvantpur (YPR) at 19: 00 hrs on Saturdays. 
  • Train 04136 will depart from Yesvantpur (YPR) at 23: 40 hrs on Saturdays, reaching Subedarganj (SFG) at 04: 00 hrs on Tuesdays. 
  • Major Halts: The train will halt at crucial stations including Fatehpur, Kanpur Central, Pokhrayan, Orai, VGL Jhansi, Bina, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Balharshah, Kazipet, Secunderabad, Raichur, and Dharmavaram. 
  • Coach Composition: The special train will feature AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second-Class coaches to accommodate diverse passenger preferences.

Central Railway Announces 50 Special Train Services for Diwali 2026

Central Railway  has announced the introduction of 16 additional festival special trains  to cater to the heavy passenger demand between LTT Mumbai ,  Varanasi , and Sultanpur  for the upcoming festive season.
