Puja & Diwali Special Trains 2026: Vadodara-Gorakhpur Weekly

To accommodate the heavy passenger rush during the upcoming Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath festivals, the North Eastern Railway has announced the operation of the 09111/09112 Vadodara-Gorakhpur-Vadodara Weekly Puja Special train. This special service will run for 8 trips in each direction to ensure smooth and comfortable travel for passengers during the 2026 festive season.

It will pass through Godhra at 20:10 hrs, Ratlam at 22:45 hrs, Kota at 02:45 hrs (Tuesday), Sawai Madhopur at 04:20 hrs, Gangapur City at 05:05 hrs, Bharatpur at 07:10 hrs, Idgah Agra at 07:50 hrs, Tundla at 09:25 hrs, Shikohabad at 10:02 hrs, Mainpuri Jn. at 11:05 hrs, Farrukhabad at 12:50 hrs, Kanpur Central at 16:20 hrs, Aishbagh at 18:10 hrs, Barabanki at 19:15 hrs, Gonda at 20:40 hrs, Basti at 22:10 hrs, and reach Gorakhpur at 23:30 hrs.

It will halt at Basti at 06:07 hrs, Gonda at 07:30 hrs, Barabanki at 09:00 hrs, Aishbagh at 10:40 hrs, Kanpur Central at 12:25 hrs, Farrukhabad at 15:10 hrs, Mainpuri at 16:37 hrs, Shikohabad at 17:49 hrs, Tundla at 19:05 hrs, Idgah Agra at 20:10 hrs, Bharatpur at 21:22 hrs, Gangapur City at 22:33 hrs, Sawai Madhopur at 23:08 hrs, Kota at 00:35 hrs (Thursday), Ratlam at 04:25 hrs, Godhra at 07:17 hrs, and arrive at Vadodara at 08:35 hrs.
• Coach Composition: The train will feature 22 coaches in total, including 01 Generator cum Luggage car, 01 LSLRD, 04 General Second Class, 01 AC First Class cum AC Second Class, 02 AC Second Class, 06 AC Third Class, 06 Sleeper Class, and 01 Pantry Car.
• Important Route Diversion: Due to an ongoing RLDA block at Lucknow station, this train will bypass Lucknow. Instead, it will run via a diverted route of Manaknagar-Aishbagh-Malhaur. No stoppage will be available at Lucknow station.
