Prayagraj-Tiruchanur Dussehra and Diwali Special Train 2026 Announced

North Central Railway has announced Superfast Festival Special trains 04109/04110 between Prayagraj and Tiruchanur for the upcoming Puja, Diwali and Chhath festivals in 2026. The special service will operate 09 trips in each direction between 03 October and 29 November 2026, passing through major stations including Manikpur, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Vijayawada and Renigunta.

Special Train Route and Schedule Details

The festival special trains will provide a direct rail connection between North-Central India and Andhra Pradesh, serving both festival travellers and pilgrims visiting Tirupati and Tiruchanur.

  • 04109 will depart Prayagraj at 05:20 hrs every Saturday and reach Tiruchanur at 16:10 hrs on Sunday.
  • Major scheduled halts include Manikpur, Satna, Katni, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Nagpur, Chandrapur, Balharshah, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore and Renigunta.
  • 04110 will depart Tiruchanur at 23:55 hrs every Sunday and reach Prayagraj at 10:35 hrs on Tuesday.
  • The train will have 19 modern LHB coaches: 05 Third AC, 08 Sleeper, 04 General, 01 SLR and 01 SLRD.
  • The service is intended to facilitate festival travel, pilgrimage to Lord Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Tirupati and Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple at Tiruchanur, and travel to destinations along the route.
